Charles Terry Sr.
Charles Terry Sr. serves as the proud founding Pastor of the Greater New Birth Baptist Church. He is described as a down to earth, enthusiastic, Bible-believing preacher with a message for this needy hour. God has used Pastor Terry to accomplish much of His glory in Plano, Texas, since he organized Greater New Birth in 1978 with only 12 members. Under his leadership, the churches attendance continues to grow each Sunday. Pastor Terry was born in Rockdale, Texas. He and his wife, Elwina have seven children – Reginald, Tarscha, Catavia, Alan, Charlesha, Chareka, & Charles. He and Mrs. Terry are the proud grandparents of six.
